Cooking suggestions

Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times

Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat, with a touch of oil, for 14-16 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Heat oven to 180°C. Cook from frozen for 18-20 minutes, turning part way through.
