Here’s how to do it right:

  • Thaw in the fridge at 4°C or colder
  • Keep stored in the fridge at 4°C or colder once thawed
  • Use within 48 hours of thawing
  • Cook thoroughly before serving. The internal temperature must reach at least 75°C
  • Do not refreeze once thawed

Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat for 11-13 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Heat oven to 200°C. Cook from frozen for 10-12 minutes, turning part way through.

Cook each bite from frozen for 50 seconds. Rest 1-2 minutes. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
