Beef Bites
Our Beef Bites are designed specifically for easy catering. They're made from succulent beef and designed with flat edges to make for easy stacking and serving. Ideal for canapés, finger foods and mini burgers.
Cooking suggestions
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times
Hot plate/Fry Pan
Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat for 11-13 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Oven
Heat oven to 200°C. Cook from frozen for 10-12 minutes, turning part way through.
Microwave
Cook each bite from frozen for 50 seconds. Rest 1-2 minutes. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
