INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 large hash browns
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small tomato
- 20g red onion
- 1 small handful fresh coriander
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp tomato relish

METHOD
- Fry hash brown/s until golden. Cook beef bites according to instructions on packet.
- Mash avocado with lime juice, cumin, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Finely dice tomato and red onion; chop coriander. Mix together.
- Top hash brown/s with smashed avocado, sour cream, beef bites and tomato salsa. Serve with dollops of tomato relish.
