A brunch-worthy twist on a menu favourite, packed with indulgent breakfast flavour. Topped with hash bites, cheese, Angel Bay Breakfast Beef Bites, and soft-baked eggs, this pizza delivers big flavour in every slice. Ideal for dine-in, buffet, or weekend specials

INGREDIENTS
- 120g hash bites, mini hash browns or potato gems
- 1 large pizza base
- 4 Tbsp tomato relish
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g grated cheese (ideally a pizza blend of mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan)
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 Tbsp hollandaise sauce
- chopped parsley, to garnish

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 250ºC fan bake.
- Fry hash bites until golden and crispy.
- Spread pizza base with tomato relish. Top with onion, hash bites and halved frozen beef bites. Sprinkle with cheese. Make three indents to crack the eggs into later.
- Bake for 6-7 minutes, until crust is just starting to turn golden brown. Crack 3 eggs onto the pizza, in the indents. Bake for a further 5-6 minutes, until egg white has set and pizza is golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with hollandaise and garnish with parsley. Slice into wedges.
