
Breakfast Wrap

INGREDIENTS
- 1 hash brown
- 1 large egg
- 1 wrap
- 1 Tbsp aioli or hollandaise
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 slice Swiss cheese (20g)
- 1 Tbsp tomato relish

METHOD
- Fry hash brown until golden. Cook beef bites according to instructions on packet.
- Whisk egg, season with salt and pepper and scramble in a little butter or oil.
- Spread wrap with aioli or hollandaise, then top with baby spinach, hash brown, cheese, egg, beef bites and relish. Roll up to enclose.
- Can be secured with baking paper and string, if needed
