Smoky Barbeque Beef Patties
Created in partnership with Dame Lisa Carrington, Angel Bay Smoky Barbeque Beef Patties are ones the whole family will enjoy. Smoky yet sweet, with the added pop of the occasional mustard seed. We've also added Rum and Que Blackout Rub to make this an iconic Kiwi patty.

Cooking suggestions
Remove from packaging before cooking. Product must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Cook from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook from frozen for 16-18 minutes, turning partway through.
Microwave (1000w) each patty from frozen for 1 minute 25 seconds per side. Rest for 1-2 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and microwave power.
Cook from frozen on 180°C for 13-14 minutes, turning partway through. Heating times may vary depending on the number of patties and air fryer power.
