Cooking suggestions
Remove Angus beef patties from packaging before cooking. Product must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Cook Angus beef patties from frozen on a medium heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook Angus beef patties from frozen for 16-18 minutes, turning partway through.
Microwave (1000w) each Angus beef patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. Rest for 1-2 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and microwave power.
Cook Angus beef patties from frozen on 180°C for 13-14 minutes, turning partway through. Heating times may vary depending on the number of patties and air fryer power.

Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties are part‑cooked so they’re ready in minutes from frozen. Cook them straight from the freezer until the centre reaches 75 °C and the patties are piping hot all the way through.
Approximate cook times (from frozen):
- Pan, grill or BBQ: about 13–15 min, turning every few minutes.
- Oven (200 °C): about 16–18 min, turn partway through.
- Air fryer (180 °C): about 13–14 min, turning partway through.
- Microwave: roughly 1 min 20 sec per side (times vary with wattage).
If you thaw the patties first, cooking time is roughly halved. Always check they’re hot all the way through before serving.
