Gourmet Lamb Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 4 brioche bun
- 25g garlic herb butter
- 4 free range egg fried
- 250g marinated feta
- 1 red onion pickled
- 4 tbsp green goddess sauce

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack, keep warm and allow it to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
- Whilst the patty is cooking slice the bun in half and lightly toast, spread garlic and herb butter on both sides of toasted bun, keep warm.
- Fry egg sunny side up until cooked and sprinkle with marinated feta.
- You can purchase Green Goddess dressing readymade or make it yourself by blending together fresh parsley, mint, spinach, yogurt, white wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- To build burger, place pickled onions on the bun base, top with patty, fried egg and green goddess sauce and bun lid. Enjoy!
