Bao Buns

  • 8 bao buns
  • 2 C red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cucumber julienne
  • fresh coriander
  • hoisin sauce
  • chipotle sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties and bao buns according to the instructions on the packs.
  2. Mix chipotle sauce and mayonnaise together.
  3. Fill the bun with shredded red cabbage, ½ a patty, cucumber, and coriander.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top with the hoisin sauce and chipotle mayo and enjoy!
