Summer Beef Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 bacon rashers
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • handful of rocket
  • 4 slices young cheese (Provolone, Mild cheddar, Mozzarella)

Burger Sauce

  • 80g mayonnaise
  • 10g tomato sauce
  • 1 pickle chopped
  • 4g red pepper chilli sauce (Tabasco pepper sauce)
  • 10g Dijon mustard
  • 1tsp paprika sweet

METHOD

  1. To make special burger sauce, combine all the burger sauce ingredients and seasonings.
  2. Cook the patty according to the instructions on the pack. Top with cheese slice to allow a little softening.
  3. Whilst the patty is cooking, grill bacon so it has a little crunch and char. This should take between 8-10 minutes.
  4. Build burger by buttering and toasting the brioche bun. Add sauce to base, patty, bacon, tomato, rocket and a little more sauce.
  5. Place brioche bun lid on and serve this little ray of sunshine Summer burger!
