METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Split and lightly toast burger buns.
  3. Layer the mayo on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, patty, tomato, red onion and cheese. Serve with homemade chunky chips, a small ramekin of tomato sauce and a drink of your choice.

Chef's Tip: For something different, get creative with your ingredients and add bacon, pineapple or mushroom if that’s your thing.
