Meatballs, Chips and Gravy

- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- parsley
- 256ml boiling water

METHOD
- Cook the meatballs according to the instructions on the pack.
- Prepare your chips according to supplier instructions.
- With 5 minutes left to cook on your chips and meatballs, move on to creating a show stopper gravy.
- Dissolve both stock cubes in boiling water.
- Melt butter in saucepan and mix in flour.
- Pour in stock while whisking and cook for 1.5 minutes until thickened.
- Plate up meatballs, chips and pour gravy over meatballs. Alternatively, you can serve this dish with the gravy in a serving jug on the side. Garnish with parsley and serve!
