  • 4 keto burger buns
  • ¼ C beetroot relish
  • 100g Havarti cheese
  • ¼ C gherkins
  • 4 free-range eggs
  • 2 tbsp chipotle mayonnaise

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. When the patties are almost done, add cheese on top to get that delicious melt.
  3. Fry the egg and toast the buns.
  4. Smear the Chipotle mayo on the bottom bun.
  5. Add the patty and the cheese. Add the pickle on top of the cheese. Place the egg on top of the pickle.
  6. Smear the beetroot relish to the top part of the bun.
  7. Close your burger and serve.
