Gluten-Free Beef and Avocado Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp gherkin relish (optional)
  • 1 x large avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 4 x gluten-free burger buns
  • 1 c salad greens
  • 2 c coleslaw
  • 4 x slices cheese (swiss, edam or colby)

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to the instructions on to he pack.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and gherkin relish.
  3. Split the burger buns and lightly grill. Generously spread with mayonnaise mix.
  4. Build buns with greens, coleslaw, burger patty, cheese, red onion and avocado.
  5. Spread remaining mayonnaise mix on top half of buns to sandwich together.

Chef's Tip: Serve open. Keep your avocado sliced and fanned out right on top for extra vibrancy and green-appeal.
