INGREDIENTS

  • ½ telegraph cucumber sliced into ribbons
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced into rings
  • 1 C washed baby spinach
  • 1 loaf of gluten free Turkish bread
  • 2 C natural yoghurt
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 handful mint roughly chopped

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.
  3. Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
