INGREDIENTS
- ½ telegraph cucumber sliced into ribbons
- 2 tomato sliced
- 1 red onion sliced into rings
- 1 C washed baby spinach
- 1 loaf of gluten free Turkish bread
- 2 C natural yoghurt
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 handful mint roughly chopped

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Combine yoghurt, mint, zest and juice of lemon together and chill.
- Place gluten free Turkish bread as a base and top with spinach followed by sliced tomato, patty, red onion, tzatziki and cucumber ribbons.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
