Beef and Balsamic Cherry Sliders

- brioche slider burger bun
- butter
- cherries pitted
- good-quality cherry balsamic
- good-quality Aioli
- mint Leaves, picked
- chives finely chopped
- Pecorino cheese grated

METHOD
- Cook the sliders according to the instructions on the pack.
- Prepare cherries: lightly crush to develop a little juice, add cherry balsamic and a pinch of salt. Sit for 30 minutes.
- Split the buns, spread liberally with butter and lightly toast under the grill.
- Build with aioli on the base, top with patty, balsamic cherries, mint, chives and Pecorino. Season.
- Top with brioche lid (and skewer!) and enjoy your sliders!
