INGREDIENTS
- 3 small slider buns
Mushroom & Swiss
- 1 small portobello mushroom
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp caramelised onion relish
- 1/2 slice Swiss cheese (10g)
- 1 small handful rocket
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
Mini Cheeseburger
- 1/2 slice cheddar cheese (10g)
- 2-3 small pieces cos lettuce
- 1 slice tomato
- 2 slices gherkin
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp American mustard
Satay Beef
- 1 Tbsp satay sauce
- 3 slices cucumber
- 1 Tbsp undressed slaw

METHOD
- Cook beef sliders according to instructions on packet.
- Halve the slider buns and lightly toast the insides.
- Mushroom & Swiss
Pan fry mushroom and garlic in a little butter or oil until tender. Spread the bottom half of one of the slider buns with relish, then add cheese, slider patty, mushroom and rocket. Spread the top half of the slider with mayonnaise and sandwich together. - Mini Cheeseburger
Top the bottom half of one of the slider buns with cheese, then add lettuce, tomato, slider patty and gherkins. Spread the top half of the slider with tomato sauce and mustard and sandwich together. - Satay Beef
Spread half of the satay sauce onto the bottom half of one of the slider buns. Top with cucumber, slider patty and slaw. Spread the top half of the slider with remaining satay sauce and sandwich together.
