Cooking suggestions
Whichever way you cook your meat, no matter the recipe, there is an option for you. See how to prepare our Angus Beef patties below: Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat for 16-18 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Heat oven to 200°C. Cook from frozen for 18-20 minutes, turning part way through.
Cook each patty from frozen for 1 minute 40 seconds per side. Rest 1-2 minutes. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
