Angus Beef and Bacon Burger With Brie
INGREDIENTS
- 4 burger buns halved and toasted
- 100g Brie cheese cut into slices
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 8 bacon rashers cooked
- Sliced red onion rings
- Barbeque sauce (optional)

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to packet instructions.
- When the patties are cooked, remove them from the oven and drape some slices of Brie over the top of each one. Return them to the oven on a low heat and let the cheese melt gently while you build your burgers.
- Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the base of each bun. Top with a good handful of lettuce, some sliced tomato and two bacon rashers. Add the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patty, a couple of onion rings and then squeeze over some barbecue sauce if desired.
- Pop the top of the burger bun on and serve. Delicious!
