Kiwi Beef Burger with a Classic Onion Dip Mayo
INGREDIENTS
- 4 brioche burger buns halved and toasted
- lettuce leaves
- 1 large avocado sliced
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 c zucchini pickles
- 8 slices streaky bacon cooked
- tomato relish
- potato crisps, to serve
- onion Dip mayonnaise
- 250ml Nestle Reduced Cream
- 1 packet Maggi Onion Soup
- 2 tsp malt vinegar
- 1/2 c egg mayonnaise

METHOD
Mayo:
- Stir the reduced cream, soup mix and the malt vinegar together in a bowl.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes. Stir in the mayo when assembling the burgers.
Burgers:
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Spread the bun bases and tops generously with the mayo.
- Place the lettuce on the bases then the patty.
- Layer up a good dollop of the tomato relish, avocado, tomato, bacon and the pickles.
- Add the bun tops and serve immediately.
