- 1 bag of Gourmet Beef Meatballs
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 1/3 C sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 C fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 C wild rice

METHOD
- Cook wild rice and meatballs according to the instructions on the pack.
- Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, fresh lime and brown sugar to a small sauce pan. Whisk on medium heat until simmering.
- Place meatballs in the sauce and until all are fully coated in the sauce.
- To serve, place a cup of rice on a plate and the meatballs either on top or to the side. Garnish with fresh parsley.
