METHOD

  1. Steam the broccoli and snow peas for 4 to 6 minutes or until just tender.
  2. Refresh the steamed broccoli and snow peas in ice cold water.
  3. In a large non-stick fry pan or wok over a medium heat, add the meatballs and cook according to the instructions on the pack.
  4. Add the fresh ginger and the previously steamed broccoli florets and snow peas and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  5. Finally stir through the plum sauce with a little water if desired and heat through.
  6. Serve immediately on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice.
