Cooking suggestions
Remove gourmet meatballs from packaging before cooking. Product must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Cook meatballs from frozen on a medium heat for 14-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook meatballs from frozen for 9-10 minutes, turning partway through.
Place meatballs evenly on a plate and microwave (500W) from frozen for 1 minute 30 seconds, flip and repeat. Rest for 1-2 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of meatballs heated and microwave power.
Cook meatballs from frozen on 180°C for 7-8 minutes, turning partway through. Heating times may vary depending on the number of meatballs and air fryer power.
