- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 1 lettuce
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 capsicum sliced
- 1 C satay sauce
- 2 tbsp aioli

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to instructions on the pack.
- Toast brioche buns with a bit of butter.
- Put the onions in a bit of flour and fry them so they become nice and crispy.
- Time to assemble! Start with a bit of carrot on the base. Feel free to add a bit of aioli to the bottom bun first, if you’d like. Then add the lettuce, capsicum and coriander.
- Add the patty, smear satay sauce on the patty, add the fried onions and top bun.
