- Cook Angel Bay Angus Beef Patties according to instructions on the packaging.
- Toast brioche buns with a bit of butter.
- Put the onions in a bit of flour and fry them so they become nice and crispy.
- Time to assemble! Start with a bit of carrot on the base. Feel free to add a bit of aioli to the bottom bun first, if you’d like. Then add the lettuce, capsicum and coriander.
- Add the cooked patty.
- Smear satay sauce on the patty.
- Add the fried onions and top bun.
