method
- Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to packet instructions.
- Slice pieces of baguette down the middle but not all the way through, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan and lightly toast.
- Place meat balls into toasted bread, top with basil pesto and generous spoons of tomato chutney, then mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of parmesan.
- Flash in the oven for 3-5mins to melt cheese.
- Serve with a side salad or fries.
