½ Cup Good-Quality Mayonnaise

American Mustard

Avocado, thinly sliced

6 Gherkins, thinly sliced
method
- Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
- Combine the onion and vinegar in a bowl and toss together. Leave for 10 minutes to lightly pickle. Drain before using.
- Split the buns and lightly toast under the grill.
- Cook the Angel Bay Angus Beef Patties according to the packet instructions.
- Place the cooked patties on a baking tray and top with the mozzarella. Place under the grill until the cheese is melting.
- Spread the bun bases and tops with mayo and a swirl of mustard. Place the lettuce on the bases then the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties.
- Layer up with avocado, onions and sliced gherkin.
- Add the tops and serve.
