Tips for cooking lamb to perfection

To help you make the most of this celebration, here are some tips for cooking lamb to perfection:

• Seasoning: While our Premium Lamb Patties are already packed with flavour, you can enhance them with a light sprinkle of sea salt and cracked black pepper. For an extra kick, try adding a dash of smoked paprika or a hint of cumin. 
• Cooking: Whether you prefer grilling or pan-frying, cook our lamb patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
• Pairing: Our lamb patties pair beautifully with a variety of sides. Consider serving them with a fresh Greek salad, roasted sweet potatoes, or a classic mint yogurt sauce. These pairings will have you smashing it at every meal!
