A gluten free take on a café classic that’s easy to run during a busy service. This Kiwi burger pairs a juicy beef patty with cheese, pickles, and fresh toppings. Frozen beef patties keep things quick and consistent.

Classic Kiwi Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 gluten free buns cut in half
  • 1 white onion sliced into rings
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 3 pickles cut into rounds
  • Iceberg lettuce torn into pieces
  • ketchup
  • American Yellow Mustard
  • mayonnaise

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Start with the bottom half of the bun. Swirl on the ketchup, zig zag the mustard, lay 5-7 pieces of pickle, and 3 onion rings.
  3. Add patty, Swiss cheese, lettuce, a generous amount of mayo on top half of the bun and complete the stack.
