Gluten-Free Beef and Avocado Burger
We're not just a little obsessed with high-quality NZ beef and lamb. Not unlike you, we're also obsessed with our customers, and we know how hard it can be to find a burger that satisfies all diners, especially those with dietary requirements. That's why we've created this simple gluten-free beef and avocado burger recipe. It's full of flavour and doesn't skimp on mouth-watering burger deliciousness - your customers truly won't know what they're missing.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp gherkin relish (optional)
- 1 x large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 x gluten-free burger buns
- 1 c salad greens
- 2 c coleslaw
- 4 x slices cheese (swiss, edam or colby)

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on to he pack.
- Combine mayonnaise and gherkin relish.
- Split the burger buns and lightly grill. Generously spread with mayonnaise mix.
- Build buns with greens, coleslaw, burger patty, cheese, red onion and avocado.
- Spread remaining mayonnaise mix on top half of buns to sandwich together.
Chef's Tip: Serve open. Keep your avocado sliced and fanned out right on top for extra vibrancy and green-appeal.
