METHOD

  1. Toast the English muffin on the hot plate or in a toaster until golden brown.
  2. Cook your patties according to the instructions on the pack.
  3. While the patties are cooking, place a small dash of olive oil on the hot plate and fry the egg sunny side up until cooked. Allow 2-3 minutes.
  4. With 1 minute left to cook on the patties, place the slice of cheese atop the patty to partially melt. Once cooked through, place the patty and cheese within the toasted muffin along with the friend egg.
