
Spicy Beef Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 8 cheddar cheese sliced
- 2-3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Fullin style chilli sauce
- 2-3 iceberg lettuce leaves shredded
- 1-2 tomatoes sliced
- 4 gherkins sliced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
- Split the buns, top with 2 cheese slices and lightly toast under the grill until melted.
- Liberally spread the melted cheese with chilli sauce and top with tomato, lettuce, patty, mayonnaise and gherkin.
- Add (more) chilli sauce, burger tops and serve.
