                Vegetarians look away, because this buger is for the emerging flexitarian market. Not hot on the latest lingo? A flexitarian is a person who has a primarily vegetarian diet but occasionally eats meat or fish. They're a patron who likes the best of both worlds and will get a kick out a streaky bacon and slaw stack atop our new veggie patty, topped with lashings of spicy Korean mayonnaise.                 INGREDIENTS
- 125g streaky bacon
 - 4 brioche buns
 - 1 C rice vinegar
 - ½ C caster sugar
 - ½ tsp ground turmeric
 - 1 red onion sliced thinly
 - ½ C vegan mayonnaise
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp Gochujang paste
 - ¼ red cabbage sliced

METHOD
- Combine the mayonnaise, sesame oil and Korean spice paste. Then mix in the cabbage to create the slaw.
 - Whisk the rice vinegar, caster sugar and turmeric together. Then add the onion and set aside for 15mins.
 - Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
 - Fry the bacon until crispy.
 - Assemble your burgers.
