This burger is light and refreshing - a trio of tastes balancing the saltiness of the halloumi with the sweetness of the slaw and the smokiness of the chipotle. All held together by our brand new, deliciousveggie patty. Reminiscent of Summer BBQs, this chipotle halloumi veggie burger is the perfect brunch or lunch menu burger.

INGREDIENTS
- brioche buns
- 1 C red cabbage, shredded
- small bunch of coriander
- 4 radishes, shredded
- 2 limes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of chilli flakes
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 tbsp chipotle plus a little extra for the top bun
- 1 block of halloumi cut in 1cm thick slices
- lettuce

METHOD
- Combine cabbage, carrots, radishes, coriander, limes, olive oil, chilli flacks and chipotle to make slaw.
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Fry Halloumi in a pan for 30 seconds each side.
- Assemble your burger.
