4 Garlic Naan breads

1 handful  Mesclun salad mix

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 red onion, finely sliced

3 Tbsp Barker's Chipotle Sauce

2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt

1 lime, cut into wedges

1/2 handful fresh coriander

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

METHOD

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the beef patties for 4–5 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
  2. While the patties cook, warm the garlic naans in a dry pan or under the grill for 1–2 minutes each side until golden and crisp.
  3. Arrange salad leaves on each naan. Top with beef patty, cucumber and red onion. Drizzle with chipotle sauce, dollop with yoghurt, tuck in a lime wedge and some coriander and serve immediately.
