  • red onion sliced whole
  • butter lettuce
  • basil pesto
  • good-quality mayonnaise

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to instructions on the packet.
  2. Top the cooked burger patties with mozzarella and grill until melted.
  3. Split the buns and toast halves.
  4. Spread the bottom halves of the buns with pesto, top with basil, red onion, mozzarella topped patties, tomato and lettuce.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the top halves of the buns to sandwich together.
