METHOD
- Preheat the barbecue hotplate and place the brioche burger bun halves face down to toast slightly. Set aside once they are toasted.
- Spray the hotplate with some cooking oil and cook the breakfast sausage patties according to the packet instructions. Set them aside and fry the rashers of bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon to a plate.
- Break the eggs onto the hotplate and cook until just the way you like them.
- Assemble the burgers: Place a slice of cheese and a fried egg on each bun. Top with two breakfast sausage patties and two slices of bacon.
- Spread some tomato ketchup on the top bun and place on top of your BBQ breakfast burger. Serve with your favourite morning beverage!
