INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup grated cheese
  • ¼ cup McClure’s Sweet & Spicy pickle slices
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup capsicum, diced

 

For the sauce

  • ¼ cup Heinz Seriously Good Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Heinz Pickle Flavoured Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Heinz Mild American Mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp honey

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to the packet instructions, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl and add the chopped burger patties.
  3. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Thin with extra pickle juice if you want a runnier sauce.
  4. Drizzle with the sauce and toss gently before serving.
