BBQ Beef Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 packet Farmland streaky bacon 250g
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 gherkins thinly sliced
- 1 wedge blue cheese 110g
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
- Rum & Que Meat Juice

METHOD
- Preheat the oven. Cook the beef burger patties according to the packet instructions.
- Slide in a tray of the bacon to cook into the oven 8 minutes before the burger cooking time is up, so that both burgers and bacon are cooked at same time.
- Meanwhile, mix white vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Add red onion slices to marinade.
- Slice burger buns and warm in the oven just before assembly.
- To assemble the burger. On the bottom bun, pour a little barbecue sauce, then place lettuce. Top with the pickled onions, BBQ burger patty and crumbled blue cheese. drizzle with BBQ sauce, bacon, and gherkins. Finish with the top burger bun.
- Enjoy straight away.
