INGREDIENTS

  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 tbsp tomato relish
  • 1 C green cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 C red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1/4 C Italian parsley, finely sliced
  • 1 x small red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 C mayonnaise (we suggest Best Foods)
  • 1/2 C Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

METHOD

  1. Toss together the red and green cabbage, parsley and onion.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Stir enough dressing through the slaw to hold the it together.
  3. Cook the patties according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Split the burger buns and lightly toast on the grill.
  5. Assemble the burger with a generous layer of tomato relish on the bottom bun, place the patty, a handful of slaw and replace the bun's top.
  6. Serve with your favourite wedges.
