As you can tell by just reading the recipe build this burger is a bit of a beast both in its appearance and flavour combination. Many successful burger stores and chains have produced their own beast style burger think of it as a chance to go all out. Sometimes you need to go a little wild if you want to make it to the top.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 burger buns
- 40g butter
- 120g cheese sauce
- 12 slices tomato
- 60g Jalapeno & caramelised onion relish or similar
- basil leaves
- salt and pepper

METHOD
- Grill the Angel Bay Angus Burger patty until it reaches an internal temperature of 75c. Top with cheese sauce and keep warm.
- Toast burger bun and lather with butter.
- To build the burger, smear the jalapeno and caramelised onion relish on the base bun. Top with 2 Angel Bay Burger patties finish with tomato, basil and bun lid.
