Story
Long before Angel Bay landed in the UK, we got our start in Otago, New Zealand, supplying high-quality burger patties to foodservice operators across New Zealand and Australia.
Early on, we changed the game with part-cooked patties that go from frozen to ready in minutes, helping busy kitchens serve up consistent, great-tasting burgers without slowing down service. It didn’t take long for word to spread.
As demand grew, so did we. Backed by ANZCO Foods, one of New Zealand’s leading beef exporters, Angel Bay became a trusted name across pubs, cafés, catering, institutions and quick service kitchens throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Today, that same approach is what we bring to the UK. Our gourmet beef and gluten free patties are built for real service, quick to cook, consistent on the grill, and delivering a proper juicy bite every time.
From our beginnings in Otago to kitchens around the world, we’re still doing what we’ve always done, serving up quality beef, made to perform, one great burger at a time.
That brings us to today. With over 20 years’ experience in taking our products to the world, we continue to do what we do best and celebrate everything Kiwis love – one juicy bite at a time.
