Ultimate Breakfast Bagel

- 1 tsp lite olive oil
- 1 seeded bagel
- 2 Tbsp spreadable cream cheese
- 2 tsp basil pesto
- 1/2 small avocado, sliced
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1 handful baby rocket leaves

METHOD
- Heat oil in a small frying pan on medium. Cook Angel Bay Breakfast Beef Sausage Patty for 6 minutes, turning 1-2 times, until piping hot.
- Halve bagel and toast. Spread both halves with cream cheese and pesto.
- Top the bottom half of the bagel with avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Add sausage patty, tomato and rocket on top. Sandwich together with the top half of the bagel. Serve immediately.
