Stir Fry Chinese Style Vegetables
                  
                INGREDIENTS
- 1 red pepper
 - 1 yellow pepper
 - 2 bok choy
 - 50g ginger peeled and sliced thinly
 - 4 cloves garlic minced
 - 2 spring onions
 - 1 carrot peeled and sliced
 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 red onion
 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds

METHOD
- Fry garlic and ginger in hot sesame oil.
 - Add all veges and bring to heat.
 - Add ½ cup water and simmer until water has gone.
 - Add sliced patties and fry for 5 mins.
 - Add soy and oyster sauce and salt and pepper, cook for 1 min.
 - Plate and top with sesame seeds.
