METHOD

  1. Cook the rissoles according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. With 10 minutes to go, take them out and top them with your favourite toppings and cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes on 180°C.
  3. Serve with a salad or fries.
  4. But you can use anything you like. A good way to use up veges and it’s a fast easy meal.
