  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 frozen fried onion rings
  • 75g Swiss cheese (Gruyere or Emmental)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ cos lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 2 red onions caramelised

METHOD

  1. Cook onion rings, bacon and patties according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Split and lightly toast the burger buns under the grill.
  3. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the bottom bun, place lettuce, patty, Swiss cheese, bacon, tomato slices, onion rings and caramelised onion.
  4. Replace the bun's top and you're ready to serve.
