METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the packet instructions.
- Grill the pineapple until lightly caramelised.
- Split the burger buns and lightly grill on both sides.
- Build one half of burger bun with barbecue sauce, cheese, burger patty, grilled pineapple, red onion and lettuce.
- Spread aioli on the top halves of the buns to sandwich together.
