Cheeseburger Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pizza bases
- 1/2 C tomato pizza sauce
- 2 C grated pizza cheese
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 1/2 C bread & butter pickles well drained
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp American mustard (more or less to taste)

METHOD
- Heat the oven to 230°C. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while the oven heats.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bases, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle quarter of the cheese over each pizza and then distribute the chopped burger patties evenly over.
- Top with the onion, capsicum, pickles and remaining cheese.
- Place the pizzas in the oven either on pizza stones or an oven tray. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two. Drizzle barbecue sauce and mustard over the top. Slice the pizza into slices and serve.
