METHOD
- Cook sausage patties according to the packet instructions. Cook bacon on a frying pan until crispy. Make fried eggs.
- Place a slice of buttered bread on a sandwich press. Layer spinach, sausage patties, sliced cheese, bacon, fried egg and another slice of bread to finish the sandwich. Close the sandwich press to toast.
- Cut in halves and enjoy straight away.
