- handful of ‘fancy’ lettuce
- tomato sliced
- gherkin sliced
- 3 tbsp aioli

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the packet. When cooked add the Swiss cheese and grill until cheese melts.
- Split the burger buns and lightly toast on the grill.
- To assemble the burger, place the patty on the bottom bun, then a leaf or two of fancy lettuce, tomato, gherkin and a good dollop of aioli and then replace the bun's top.
- Serve with your favourite fries.
